...and with the blink of an eye, February has passed us already! This month has been absolutely spectacular with some lovely Valentines Day treats, Chinese New Year celebrations and just enough sunshine to go to outside and indulge in our first ice-cream of the year :) The nights are getting lighter and they days a little brighter. I don't know about you, but I'm ready for some summer-lovin already...
